This isn't just about proof reading, it's an issue of basic literacy. This person clearly doesn't have the level of knowledge required to write job ads (or anything else I imagine), and needs to be performance managed. It's amazing how many people, from graduates to more senior roles, need basic training on grammar and writing. Not just in recruitment, but across all industries. Not to be perfect, just to be adequate and avoid embarassment!
