Cut the fat. Application Form Filename Structure #2

Why would you make a candidate rename the filename to reflect the source when applying for a job? Are recruiters this lazy and technology deprived? Come on, letís cut the fat and improve the candidateís experience.

This is not the first time I have spoken out about this issue. Have a look at another example from last year.
