National Harvest Guide 2009 - Buy Now or Download Free?

I like to save job seekers money, and ensure they are not ripped off. So when I heard about someone trying to sell a FREE book/download and sold via eBay (printed by our taxes), I decided to look into this. Although the eBay user states it is a free guide, they have blanked out the website where you can download it for free.

Don't be conned into purchasing this guide. You can download it for free via the Government website
